Cooking Trout
Cooking trout is part of my country life, this trout recipe could be used for cooking fish of any species.
Hopefully you get the chance to go out and catch your fish, it really does add to the meal.
Any way lets get to it..
First go get our fish, cleaned and filleted, this removes the bones, I also remove the skin, optional.

You will also need some celery, a few tomatoes, some oil, soy sauce, and some rice.

This is simple, add a couple table spoons of oil and soy sauce to a heated fry pan my secret is to add a spoon of sugar, brown or white, doesn't matter, start your rice, chop up all your ingredients into cubes, cook everything together, for me by the time the rice is ready so is the fish and vegetables.

serve over some rice, a simple trout recipe, enjoy.
