Bannock

This is how I make bannock, this fried bread really is comfort food.

This is a really simple recipe with lots of variables that you can add, fruits, nuts, cheese, even ham or pepperoni, try it with cinnamon or raisins, I think you understand.

Also there is nothing exact on the measurements but here is how I make my bannock.

Starting with the ingredients;

combine

2 cups of flour

2 table spoons of baking powder

1 table spoon of sugar

mix it well by hand, then make a little well in the middle to add the 1 cup of warm water and 1 and half table spoons of oil.

Stir it until it becomes stiff, then knead it until it comes together, pinch off med size balls, flatten to about half inch thick and you are ready for pan fried bread.
